Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Who We Are

Bubble Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “the site”) operates aibubble.info, a free research platform that presents public regulatory data — SEC filings, global legal-entity records, and supply-chain relationships. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, email contact@aibubble.info.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. The site does not require an account. The only personal information you can actively submit is through the contact form (name, email address, and your message) or by emailing us. We use it solely to respond to you and to fix the issues you report, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers keep standard access logs — IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested, and timestamps — used for security, rate limiting, and debugging. Log data is retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how the site performs. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects device identifiers and approximate location. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising & Cookies

We display advertising served by Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info/choices. You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser settings; the site remains fully usable without them.

For more detail on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

How We Use & Share Information

We use the information above to operate, secure, and improve the site, and to respond to messages you send us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers named in this policy (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and our hosting infrastructure), or where required by law.

The company and entity data displayed on the site — filings, financials, ownership structures — is public regulatory information about organizations, not personal data about our visitors.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you — in practice, this is limited to messages you have sent us. Email contact@aibubble.info and we will handle your request promptly.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page. See also our Terms of Service.
