The following table shows the executive officers of the Company as of May 31, 2025, and information regarding their positions and business experience. Insiders , who include our directors, executive officers, and certain employees whose duties involve access to material non-public information, may buy and sell the Company’s stock within an open “window period”, which begins on the second business day after earnings are announced and ends the last day of the last month of each quarter. Insiders are prohibited from purchasing or selling the Company’s stock if they are in possession of material non-public information, even if it is within the open “window period.” The Company reserves the right to impose an “event-specific blackout period” if it deems insiders to have “insider information,” regardless if it is an open “window period” and it may do so with little or no notice.
